Partials in the squat??

Posted By: Tom Allred

I have been training everything down to a 13 inch box, and nothing else. Last couple of weeks I have been trying partials, with more weight to try and change it up a bit. Do you guys bother wrapping on these, even though you walk the weight out? Is it down to a pin, pause like a bench partial, or do you just up and down like a normal squat? How about just starting at the bottom instead of walking the weight out? Thanks in advance.
