Are you an Open lifter? The winner of the weight class at the National Championships makes the world team. To qualify to compete at the National Championships, you have to post a qualifying total in any USAPL sanctioned meet. You can find the qualifying totals on the USAPL web site.
There are also rules regarding alternate selections there.
