A huge congrats to all of Team USA for their performances. A few of us (i.e. yours truly) struggled on some technicalities, but all in all there were some great numbers. Special congrats to our Gold Medalist Tony Cardella. Big T, no one deserved this more than you!

I want to thank Coach Rene and the Next Level lifting crew for all their help with my training, especially Al, Corey, and Jeff- the faithfuls who are always there. Also a huge thanks to Larry, Ivan, and Matt for the great number calling and handling at the meet. Sorry about those squats, just wanted to make sure you guys were awake.

Thanks to John Inzer and Peter Thorn for everything you do for me. Of course, I did mess up the one responsibility I have (which is to show up at the meet WITH the gear you make me). Thank you to UPS for the ability to overnight squat suits to the other sde of the world.

J-Pez, you did awesome! Jenn had a PR bench and total at Worlds, you can't ask for more than that!

By far the best event all week was the David Ricks Most Muscular Posing Extravaganza at the Banquet Saturday. Stay tuned for pictures, there are a lot of them.
