1) This looks like someone could be banned for simply reffing at a non-IPF meet. So, a lifter could ref a meet, win at Nationals and then be unable to lift because he reffed. This is total BS, if true. I'll have get a clarification from someone...

Also, means an "umbrella Nationals" would cause a lot of bans. Also, it means that ANYONE in the USA that lifts in ANY meet other than a USAPL meet can't go to an IPF meet so the umbrella national meet wouldn't actually "increase access" to the IPF...... unless it was approved by the IPF.

AND if it was approved by the IPF, then the IPF would be undercutting it's own US IPF affiliate.

This rule is bad from any angle I view it. I gotta shoot out some emails and get some clarification on this bad boy.
