SOUTHERN OHIO POWERLIFTING AND BENCH CHAMPIONSHIPS

The 6th Annual Southern Ohio Powerlifting and Bench press Championsips
will be held on 15 Aug 2009. The date and phone # on the USAPL calendar is
incorrect.

Divisions
Open; Teen (14-19); Junior (20-23)
Masters (40+); (Equipped or RAW for all Divisions)

1st thru 3rd places in all divisions
1st, 2nd and 3rd place team award
Best lifter for male and female (equipped and Raw)

We will have National judges

This is a great meet for new and experienced lifters to have
fun. Last year Jessica O Donnel set several American records
at this meet in preparation for her gold medal performance at the Nov 08 worlds.
