So. California Regionals entry form now posted

All interested athletes and officials are invited to attend the 5th Annual USAPL Southern California Regional Championships to be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Velocity Sports Performance in Santa Clarita, CA. The Southern California Regional is open to all levels of experience, new and elite, and will offer powerlifting, bench press only and deadlift only events in standard equipped and raw categories. Out-of-state lifters welcome.

The competition area will be situated on over 4,000 sq. ft within the facility. The competition platform will feature Ivanko plates, the Q-Bar, ER Rack, carpeted 8’x12’’ platform and computerized scoring, bar load and timing programs on projection screens. The warm-up area will offer 3 carpeted platforms outfitted with ER Equipment and Combo-Racks, Q bars and Ivanko training plates and a live video feed of the competition platform.
