I sent a response via my e-mail but there has been some odd stuff going on with our university server. I know that their administrators are trying to eliminate spam from going in and to weed out sexually-explicit material but I think whatever filters they are setting up are also weeding out legitimate e-mail.

Send me a test message at my e-mail address - look at the USAPL State Chairs section under "administration" and try using the e-mail link there.
