Yep, very hard choices if this amendment applies at the local level. It will sever my relationship with the USAPL and many other officials who cross over in Calif. Not a good thing on the surface. I don't know why the USAPL Executive committee is waiting so long to give clarification on this rule. The Frantz suit from the 80's was based on this very rule. They are going to get sued again and then you won't see the IPF in the USA again. Last time Inzer settled the lawsuit fine with Frantz. I don't think he will do it this time. Just speculation, but maybe the IPF wants another lawsuit so they can keep IPF Championship meets out of the USA and in Europe. Is that a stretch? You just never know.
