Ed is correct about our capacity to limit our raw division equipment. That is soley our purview. The IPF defines what is in the whole universe of legal equipment. We narrow it for specific divisions as a number of countries have done for: youth, no bench shirt, etc.

What is relevant to these sleeves, however, is what the NGB approved in terms of exact language. If they approved anything that looks like "commerically available knee sleeve" then these sleeves, reband, and a number of other sleeves are in. If there is no limiting statement on velcro, then even my neoprene knee brace is in (skiing injury), but Mr. Inzer's equipment is certainly legal.

What is relevant is what the NGB passed. So, we will take a bit, pull the minutes (Erin?), and determine what our NGB approved. LJM
