225 for reps question... *LINK*

Posted By: Byron Nichols

I know a lot of us do not train for reps, but I have a NFL prospect that is training for the combine. As you may know, they test these kids on 225 for reps and he is looking to me for a training routine. Anyone have any input or know of a website I could reference?

Thanks!
