All - Here are the rules that will be followed in the warm-up room at both Women's & BP Nationals. They will also be on both websites.

Good luck training!

Warm Up Room Coaches Policy

Due to the large number of entries at this year’s competition we request that there is only one coach and one handler per lifter. This is to help insure the lifters safety and that all lifters get a chance to warm up in an environment that is free of excessive or unnecessary crowding. Each lifter will receive 3 passes; one for the lifter, one for the coach, and one for the handler. Coach and handler passes will be $10 each and will also serve as admission passes for the entire meet. (This is a savings over the regular admission price of $10/day.) If you should lose your pass(es) you will be able to purchase replacements for $1.
