Just received Paul's TIMELINE poster. Found it to be an interesting brief history of the sport. It will give the newer generation an insight into how things were done in the beginning. You can make comparsions to some degree to the lifters back when and see how some aspects of the sport evolved. It should make the lifters of today appreciate the better equipment that is now available. It will also amaze some lifters to see what poundages were lifted with the primitive equipment that was used.
