Johnny,
This situation has nothing to do with you, myself, Priest, relationships, or the members of the organization. Here's a fact standpoint. It has to do with one fool on the EC who trolls on the internet inappropriately, wrongly and illegally and has been doing it for 3 years over and over again.
Zero tolerance is in the everyday work place in today’s world. I’ll tell you what happens in my place of employment if they even see or hear one inkling of this kind of behavior. It doesn’t matter if my union, management or upper management find out, they’ll fire you on the spot, security would take your badges, escort you off the property and you would most likely get sued by the other party.
Even though it’s not the work environment, I want to know why this doesn’t apply in this situation. The facts are documented. If you work for ALL the members, why are you protecting this person? How have you handled this? We were told a "reprimand" was given. So far his "reprimand" is behind the scenes and no one knows what it is. And fewer members know who it is. What’s the big secret?
