USAPL in Hawaii

Anyone know if USAPL is coming back to the islands. I've been back a couple years and haven't seen anything yet. I heard a while back that Philip Couvillion was not in the best of health but he is still listed as the state chair. Any news of future activity out here would be appreciated. Aloha & Mahalo
