In Response To: IPF rule update (Eliot Feldman)

I would love to understand the purpose of this rule? It does what for the benefit of the sport (IPF)?

I am assuming the IPF THINKS that by putting this rule in place it will encourage lifters to stay in IPF sanctioned meets. I am also assuming that they expect to keep the top level elite lifters from exploring other meet options.

HMMM these sorts of rules may work in places like France and Germany, yanks rarely adhere to rules in this way.

It also appears that enforcement will be at the who's descretion? Will it be one of those things where Liz Willet will get bothered for lifting at the WPO, but Siders will be let to slide from the MTN Cup?
