Having attended the IPF Congress, I can tell you that things are not that simple. We couldn't stop the rule from being enacted. It will be difficult for us to remove it at this time. I have lobbied a dozen IPF officials to try and wipe out the rule but it will take time. We have support within the IPF but change, including more than this rule, will take time.
