REMINDER: Entry deadline for So. Cal. Reg. - 10/14

A friendly reminder that entries to the Fifth Annual USAPL Southern California Regionals must be postmarked no later than WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14. The Southern California Regionals, offering full powerlifting, bench press only and deadlift only, will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Velocity Sports Performance in Santa Clarita, CA.

The meet is open to all levels of experience, new and elite. and offer events in standard equipped and raw categories. Out of state lifters welcome and encouraged to attend.
