It's, "good', I guess, in an absolute sort of way. But, is it good for taxpayers to have the DEA waste money and resources chasing 2000 USERS, when illegal narcotics are rampant?

Here in Madison, Wisconsin alone, we have a small section of town that police referred to this week as an open air drug market. 25% of police resources in a city of over 200,000 are focused on problems just in this little section.

How much worse is it in Compton? And we want the DEA to chase muscleheads?
