Elliot,
You stated the rule was passed last month. Has it not been in the books for a long time? How was the rule amended?
Again, I refer back to the Ernie Frantz lawsuit. It held up once in the US legal system. What makes you think that a USA PL athlete who is suspended by the IPF for lifting in another meet will not result in a lawsuit against the IPF and be upheld as it was years ago.
Do you think that the IPF wants this to happen again?
