FINAL Roster posted for So. California Regionals

The FINAL roster of competitors for the 2009 USAPL Southern California Regionals has been posted at the USAPL California web site at www.usapl-ca.org.

The fifth annual event will be held on Saturday, November 7 at Velocity Sports Performance in Santa Clarita. Overall, fifty-four lifters are entered- 37 for the powerlifting event and 17 lifters competing in the bench press only and/or deadlift only events.

Spectator admission is free and all are welcome and encouraged to come watch.
