Garry, whatever do you mean? Are you referring to the 1994 IPF Congress, in Johannesburg, South Africa where all the delegates were present as were many administrators of the sport? The one where Peter Thorne presented, on behalf of John Inzer, a bid for the 1997 IPF World Bench Press Championships for Dallas, Texas?

Wasn't there a proposal made there that stated that "the main condition (of the John Inzer bid) was that John Inzer must take control of the Ernie Frantz judgement before the 1995 IPF Congress?"

I can't seem to recall..... I'm having trouble seeing the past. That chip on my shoulder must be in the way.....
