In Response To: Brad Gillingham Deadlift Video (Jason Burnell)

Jason,
I also agree. Brad's approach is one that goes back to the basics of actual training. This is refreshing because all too often we read articles or have discussions on not how to get stronger, but how to manipulate fabrics in an effort to lift bigger.

If you are like me and started lifting way back because you wanted to get stronger, instead of learning to just throw on a garment and do a partial board/chain/rubber band lift, then this DVD is for you.

Brad's non nonsense gearless training will make old school lifting fans proud, while at the same time impress those that are fascinated with the cutting edge technology sometimes associated with today's iron game. I was up past midnight last night watching it again.

Everyone: If you do one thing for yourself and one thing only, get the DVD. It will be the kick in the rear you are looking for.
