Virginia and the USAPL has lost one of its finest.
Phil died on his way to church on Mar 9th.He gave so much in his short life,he was allways there if needed,he never complained or demeaned anyone in my presence. Phil enjoyed working with the handi-
capped and the youth. He was available to judge or bring some of his equipment to a contest if needed.Simply put,Phil was a great human being. He just stepped off the platform, but all ready you are missed, may God bless you as you blessed us.WM.
