RAW TEST !!!!

Hey, we did a raw test today. We had six guys and just wanted to check things out. My numbers were as follows.

Squat - 700 lbs.

Bench - 750 lbs.

Dead - 700 lbs.

Total - 2150 lbs. Bodyweight 242 lbs.

Since we didn't have a lot of stuff to work with, including judges, we had to make the following rules modifications.

1. Since we have no monolift, it was deemed unsafe to have too much movement. Therefore in the squat, once you had your rack height on the safety squat rack, all you had to do was to stand up with it from the pins. Squat suits were deemed necessary, as we had one of our guys show up raw, and it was ugly. Knee wraps were allowed as long as they were wrapped around the knee enough times to look like a sleeve.

2. No Bench shirts were allowed that were not covered by a t-shirt, but you could wrap as many knee wraps around your arms as you felt were necessary to make it look like a t-shirt. Once again, because of a lack of spotters, locking out from the pins was o.k..

3. Because we had no loaders, we used the pins on the squat racks again. We had several lifters who were concerned that because we were using the rack, the weight might be too heavy and hurt their hands. Because we are proactive and always support the lifter, we allowed the use of lifting straps. The ones with the built in metal hooks. That way we didn't risk someone busting a strap.

All I can say my man, is I felt pretty damn studly after posting such a magnormas raw total.
