WOW! You might want to pare back a little. you might be overtrained.
Another good method you might try when nobody is around to spot:
Place the bar (be sure to use a Texas Bar for strength and saftey)on the squat racks. Load as much weight as you can (make sure both sides are even though) and then jack it up with the hydraulic jacks. After a good pause release the jacks so the weigth returns to the level you started at and then repeat for as many reps as your workout calls for. Record the weight in your journal. When you get home, take out your journal and add 25 lbs to the previously recorded number. This will add significant weight to your total, Raw or equipped. I hope this helps.
