I'm full blooded Norwegian (6 generations on my mother's side and 4 on my father's). I was basically forced to try lutefisk as a kid by an uncle and not only have I never eaten it since, I've never laid eyes on it since. This is a good thing! Lefse, on the other hand, I could eat daily...that and junket, mmmmm!
