,,, even if Eliot presents facts, there are those who will continue to be cynics. American lifters are being tested. What more can be done?

On the other hand, should proofs surface, then it will be a sad day.

I am often asked why no Japanese and Taiwanese are coming up positive. The assumption seems to be that the Japanese HAVE to be doing something other than just benching well. Yet I have been to two Asian regionals recently have have seen little evidence or appearance of usage. There was testing and no positives.

Starting with Sivokon in May of 2006, there have been eight Asians busted. India 2, Iran 1 (2?), and the others Kazaks and Uzbeks. I live in Manila now, and even the small group of Philippine Masters lifters who do well at the World's - and I'd swear they all clean - are victims of local rumors.

Maybe some of the perception comes from jealousy, or sour grapes, etc. But if a star or two are busted, then what can we do to save the situation?
