Is the IPF still affiliated with The Olympics?

I received this email today from XtremePower.tv (the media partner of Powerlifting Watch's owner, Eric Talmant.)

I was under the impression that the IPF and its affiliates were the official link between powerlifting and The Olympics?
Has this changed?
Is The Raw Unity Meet even drug tested?
