Is the IPF still affiliated with The Olympics?

I received this email today from XtremePower.tv (the media partner of Powerlifting Watch's owner, Eric Talmant.)

-------------------------------------------------

"POWERLIFITING IN THE OLYMPICS THAT IS THE DREAM AT XTREMEPOWER.TV The Ultimate Raw Powerlifting Championships will provide us with a United Team from all Federations............

XPTV will be Live Streaming NOLD Oct 23, 2010 5:00pm on www.xtremepower.tv . Eric Talmant will be the host. The highly anticipated Ultimate Raw Powerlifting Championships is shaping up with three dates secured. Jay Adams of Brawl Call with FoxSportsNet will be hosting all 4 Ultimate Raw Powerlifting Championship Shows......................

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE POWERLIFTING A OLYMPIC SPORT WE NEED TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS SPORT XTREMEPOWERTV IS BROADCASTING THIS SPORT TO THE MASSES"

------------------------------------------------

I was under the impression that the IPF and its affiliates were the official link between powerlifting and The Olympics?

Has this changed?

Is The Raw Unity Meet even drug tested?
