Since Johnny is stepping down from the job, I think USAPL should resolve to find a good head coach for the Men's Open World Team. Someone who will be in it for the long haul, that understands coaching/lifting in an IPF world championship, that has the time/resources to dedicate to the team, and someone who the lifters on the team can all respect. There's probably some more things I could add, but I can't think of any at the moment. It's a start...
