ALL MEETS--FROM LOCAL MEETS TO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
IF YOU ARE GOING TO ATTEMPT AN IPF WORLD RECORD, ALL IPF RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED AND THIS WOULD INCLUDE THE USE OF AN IPF APPROVED SQUAT/BENCH RACK
IF YOU ARE CONFUSED PLEASE CHECK WITH THE IPF TECH SEC.
