I don't know who is right here but I have two questions:

1) If Garry's quote came from the IPF site, then doesn't it make sense to follow that unless and until the IPF changes the wording on the site?

I mean, if that is the rule book that lifters and meet directors are downloading and reading, then we can't hold them to a standard that isn't written, can we?

2) Why the heck does it even matter what kind of squat racks you use - ER Racks, Combo Racks or whatever as long as the weight on the bar is correct and the rules of performance are followed?
