The list is provided by the IPF. It is difficult to know who is suspended if the list isn't kept up to date. If lifters are to be held accountable for their actions, then the IPF should do its part to provide updated info. More than six months after the fact and the list does not reflect reality. Ignorance of the law is no excuse, but not being able to find out what is right and wrong from the ruling body itself is a problem.
