In Response To: Knee wrap starting point question. *LINK* (jimmyk)

Jimmy,
I start from the bottom.

I have done this for two totally unscientific, superstitious reasons.

1) I have always felt safer thinking that getting that first wrap right over the patellar ligament is going to prevent the ligament from ripping off the bone. (ok... this is stupid but it keeps my little brain happy when I squat - much like re-tying my shoes be between sets)

2) Ed Coan starts at the bottom. (I'm sure this ads 50 lbs to any squat LOL)
