Today is my cooking day for lunches for the next two weeks. I am going to cook gumbo, chili, grill chicken. I make lunches and put them in divided containers, sorta like tuperware, and freeze them and take them for my lunces.

I mix them up and don't know what I am having for lunch until I nuke them.

I cook frozen veggies for them.

Back when I was heavy into lifting I would eat a can of tuna mid morning. I got the nickname Captain Tuna.
