As a master lifter who competed at Raw Nationals, I can say that your post is bull shit. There is no age discrimination. IF you were good enough to hit 400 Wilkes, regardless of your age, you qualified. Plain and simple. Ken Ryder, at age 47, had no problem qualifying. Neither did Mr. Pope.
