In Response To: Squat flexibility problems (Craig 'boingyman' S)

In my training squats I deliberately rack the bar high on my neck, feet slightly wider than shoulder-width and toes pointed out.

When I lower I concentrate on keeping as upright as possible with the pelvis close to the imaginary line between my heels as possible, even if the shins have to rotate forward a little to enable this to happen.

Start light and stretch down all the way.

Get some photos of Doug Furnas squatting heavy, these will act as inspiration!
