Tried the USAPL today

I lifted at Smitty's Iron Works Meet in Midland Michigan. My last USAPL meet was in 2001 and have been lifting in the AAPF/APF and WPO since. I went through the rules meeting and that is basically when I learned my new tecnique for the day. It was quite a change. I went with a loose shirt and tried to get it right. I think my biggest problem was keeping my feet flat. Second was holding it locked at the top. Taking the bar higher wasn't that big of a problem in my Rage X. The shirt is the best high or low groove. I had a great time even though I did not get the numbers that I wanted but they will be there when I get comforable with the changes. Thanks to Smitty for letting me guest lift. Thank you John Inzer for getting me the best single ply shirt made.
