Hi Harriet,
Thanks for your response, its made me feel better. I plan on taking your advice Harriet and train smart around my injury. Was there specific excersizes besides the ones from rehab that you did to help aid you in your powerlifting? Do you have any problems with your shoulder now? I have read many great things about you in the world of powerlifting, you are an impressive role model for all of us women powerlifters and your advice is greatly appreciated. I'm in the process of gather any info that will get me back on track. I was also referred to a site Rotatorcuff.net where I got some helpful info. Thanks so much for your help.
