The Keystone State Games are this weekend! The PA Games host a variety of sports and games for all ages. This "Olympic Type Festival" also includes Powerlifting. The Powerlifting will be held in the Toyota Arena in York, PA this year. The Push/Pull contest will be held Friday, 28th (for the Scholastic Divisions) and Saturday, 29th ( for the Open and Masters Divisions). The contest will run under the USAPL rules for the performance of the lifts. Powerlifting will be show cased right along side of the Weightlifting Contest! We anticipate some very competitive lifting this year! The Keystone Games do allow a Walk-in Registration. You do not have to be a PA resident. SO if you are looking for a last minute show to enter or want to watch some good hard lifting, swing by York, PA this weekend and check it out!

Garage Ink will be providing all the contest and warm up equipment this year. Er Rack BP/ Combo with Ivnako bar and Plates on the platform! Texas Power Bars and Troy plates in the warm up area. There will also be a Garage Ink booth selling your favorite Titan Support Systems and Quest Nutrition Products!

Come check it out!

Take care,
Niko Hulslander
