People do not like something so they leave and/or start a new federation, instead of helping change the problems/issues of their current organization.

Or perhaps,

Meet problems with who may get a meet or meet day judging or quantity/quality of testing?

Maybe,

The political of issue of what gear can or can not be used or events in which lifters can participate.

Are there more that needs to be fixed with one sweeping blow? Unfortunately in all aspects of life there are political games. Look at all the sports organizations in the United States, most have factions within there membership.

I am sure 18 federations does not help the matters much.
