Rules for Bench

There have been at least, two meets this month and from what I have heard there were no problems judging with the new/old bench rules. So are there to many nervous nellies out there or lifters with to much time on their hands? With all of the flap over the reinstatement of the bench rules, you would thing lifters would be on the forums screaming their heads off about how they were ripped off on their benchs. Just how hard has it been to use these new/old rules?
