In Response To: Rules for Bench (Regina Hackney)

Regina, I didn't see anything but good judging this weekend in Milwaukee. However, I tend to stay focused on my stuff and miss plenty of others' attempts. I heard from 2 people that judging was inconsistent on the other platform. I've also read anonymous posts on other forums from those purporting to be USAPL judges that they will not follow the IPF recommendations regarding the, "one" count or the buttocks.

I thought that the pauses given me were quick. It was deservedly a bit longer on my 3rd attempt, as the bar wavered slightly at the chest.
