shirts

Been some time since last competing. The bench shirts have changed drastically. What I see is that these shirts no longer have any give to them. I hear they don't tear very often and I'm very glad to hear that as I have personally torn MANY of the older style Inzer shirts. What kind of problems do these newer shirts pose when trying to get the bar to the CHEST w/o lifting one's head. Is it best to wear these newer shirts a size larger (than recommended)to accommodate these potential problems. What about these loose back shirts I have heard about? Are they even legal? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Your response could save me a great deal of time.
