I just lifted this past weekend for the first time since injuring my pec and trap back in 95 at nthe Woman's Nationals. I went to S. africa but the injurt really hurt my lifting. I am now 50 and still around 155-160. What I want to know is what class I would be in for both USAPL/IPF. My last IPF meet I was in the MI class, but they do 10yr groups. Would I be a M2 in both feds Y/N First meet back I did 855 (way down from my best of 1026)but I did not hurt either area. Just want to know what group I would be in.
