Interesting. That is very true about raising your head to help with a tight shirt on. If they don't want tight shirts or suits than I would much rather them make a rule somehow regulating this instead of changing things like head movement or other things of the sort. I don't think that eliminating head movement will loosen shirts, I think people will still use super tight shirts but miss the grove instead...
