More so I was wondering if I had a cash pool of $5000 what would the best way to split it? All to the highest total? Formula? Split into weight classes?

Oh wise Bradvig show me the way to true wisdom. How many bottles of PowerWash(TM) do I need to send to assist in molecular alignment?
