I fly from Atlanta directly into Killeen. You can fly to Dallas or Austin and rent a car and drive. People have told me they prefer to fly into Austin rather than Dallas. You can get a shutter from Killeen airport to the hotel. The meet will probably be at the Civic Center which is just across the street from the hotel. Nice hotel and great venue.
