Steve, I think part of the problem, or should I say confusion is that being part of an International Organization puts us in a position that we, as Americans think one way based on our rights and legal system while some decisions and ideas originate in Europe or Asia using many other forms of government and rules of law.
We have to continuously try and keep a balance that works for everybody. Sometimes it works better then other times.
