It is my understanding that you can compete other then World Championships other organizations may have-they are a no-no.
Also you do have to watch for USAPL/IPF suspended lifters, referees, or coaches as if they are at all involved in the contest and you compete you may be in violation of WADA rules which can cause you to be suspended from USAPL/IPF contests
