We went to one meet (G Buff and I)and there was a guy in the warmup room. For every one of his warmups he asked us to check his depth. After every lift, he asked us how he looked and we told him he was high. He didn't change a thing.

He went out for his opener. 3 reds.... for depth. He then asked us what we thought of it. High.

He went out for his second attempt. 3 reds for depth. He walked back and asked us what we thought. High.

Finally, he got fired up for his third attempt. 3 reds for depth. He walked back and said, "Damn refs are out to get me."

We cracked up.
